TERMS OF SERVICE 

Coffee with Clyde

1. Services

Coffee with Clyde provides:

  • Personal video recording sessions

  • Editing and production

  • Delivery via USB and digital link

2. Booking & Payment

  • Payment (or deposit) is required to secure your session

  • Payments are processed via third parties such as Stripe or PayPal

  • Remaining balances must be paid prior to delivery

3. Delivery of Final Product

Clients receive:

  • A private video link hosted via YouTube

  • A USB drive containing their final video(s)

Important:

  • Videos are uploaded as “Unlisted” (only accessible via link)

  • Clients may share the link at their discretion

  • Links remain active for one (1) year from delivery date

After one year, the video may be removed without notice.

4. Client Responsibility

Clients are solely responsible for:

  • Downloading and backing up their video files

  • Safeguarding their USB copy

Coffee with Clyde is not responsible for lost files after delivery.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Minimum 24 hours notice required

  • Deposits are non-refundable but transferable

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability

6. Intellectual Property

  • Clients receive rights to personal use of final videos

  • Coffee with Clyde retains ownership of:

    • Raw footage

    • Editing files

    • Production assets

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid

  • Coffee with Clyde is not responsible for indirect or emotional damages

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of North Dakota.
